    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;after updateing from 4.2 to HP SIM 5.0.2 (C.05.00.01.00 - now SP3) it seems that we´ve lost the Trust Relationship to (?) all of the agents on our servers (NT4,W2k, W2k3, Netware 5.x, 6.x) and clusters.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Cluster shows a major system status and the last event message : "Data Collection retry was abandoned for this system at the end of the timeout period..."  after updating SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;System Page shows no Cluster link...&lt;BR /&gt;- System Page Link "Insight Management Agents" doesnt link to them System Homepage&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I supplied Sp3 and imported the SIM-server certificate again to the clients... This did not help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea would be appreciated&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;Gerhard&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm getting the same problem with more than half of my servers. HP is still working on it, but they're having a problem trying to figure out what happened.</description>
