    <description>We have an issue with getting critical/unavailable alerts from the same 7 servers out of 65. We have verified the servers are problem free and that the network appears problem free. The alerts occur periodically but at least 5 times a week. We are overlooking something. If anyone could add any feedback on what to check I'd appreciate it.</description>
