There were a few other notes about this not being fixed in SP4 (http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=995261).

I myself had to run an identification on all my management processors. Another idea is to run an identification on all servers with mp's and their associated mp's. A more extreme option would be to remove the server and mp altogether, then run a full discovery on both.

Hy all,

Much better with MP ''i'' with SP4,watchout for the GOTCHA trend:http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=999596

I have in my server page still some of the famous ''i'' for the MP, but when you go into the server page it show you all green for
-Health Status
-Software Status
-Management Processor Status( why show green here when in the page server it ''I'')
-Performance Status

Daniel

Make sure both the server and the mgmt processor are discovered in SIM. With SP4 applied, you should be able to run identification against both and that will 'fix' the association piece (i.e. populate the tables correctly).

Thanks.

Upgraded to HPIM 5 SP4, tried the last suggestion running the task and still no associations.

Actually one day most the associations were there and overnight when the various tasks ran all the associations disappeared !!
