topic SMH 2.1.4 issue in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I'm trying to upgrade some of our system from older version of SMH to the latest version. I've run into the attached error message on about 1/3 of the systems I try running it on. The systems have been Windows Server 2003, and the version of SMH running on them is usually around the 2.1.2 version. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Are you just running the component on the server? Is it a preconfigured component? It looks like you are just running the component and getting the interactive install wizard . . . how far into the install screens do you get? Since you already have SMH installed and running and are doing an upgrade, have you just tried a silent command line install? It would be something like this on the command line:
cp005763 /silent

-Rich

Yes, I'm just running it on the server interactively. I will try the silent install and see if that works. It doesn't get anywhere on the install, it happens almost immediately after making the selections but before file actually get copied.
