    <description>After Upgrading to 5.0 and SP 4 I not of my systems can reach the version control repository.  If I change security on the server hosting the repository I can see the repository but can't install.</description>

      <description>Upgrading from what version?&lt;BR /&gt;I think the account you use for the VCRM access on the Server needs Server Admin access. But I do not know of any changes to recent versions of HPSIM that changed how it access the VCRM. Earlier versions of the VCRM/VCA used the old Administrator / Operator / User access from the SMH. But this changed to using a local or AD account quite a while back.</description>
