Version Control agent is not available

hello,

VCA is installed (SWStatus is shown in SIM), but no window opens when i press the SWStatus button (i must use the health status button and then the VCA-link at the Integrated Agents (top left)).

trust relationship is ok (trust all).

i also can deploy the psp with the SIM. just the individual software deployment doesn't work.

system info: w2k proliant 800

can s.o. help me plz?

when i directly press the SWStatus button, i get this msg:

The application is not available.

Ever find a fix for this one? I tried restarting all the management agents which didn't help.

Are you using certificates? Is so, log into the server's hompeage, and remove and reinstall the certificate.
