    <description>Hi Rob,&lt;BR /&gt;I had licenced all my servers, and checked what you recommended.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Still couldn't get it to work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just installed the latest version 4.01 ontop of the old.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's now working fine. Who knows. Thanks anyway.</description>

      <title>Performance Management Pack Config problems</title>

      <description>I have SIM running without problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have now tried to get Performance Management Pack up and running. It is installed on the CMS, and 3 other Clients.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It works fine on the CMS, but I cannot get it to work on ANY client.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have changed all the settings as per HP's advice under troubleshooting but cannot get them to work. Does anybody have any advice or share some experience?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I really appreciate any feedback. Thanks.</description>

      <description>The PMP itself only gets installed on the CMS. Once there you need to license the Servers you want PMP to monitor.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For that I've found PMP to be very sensitive to the SNMP Settings. &lt;BR /&gt;Check that you have valid community names set up on both the Server and HPSIM.&lt;BR /&gt;Also check the HPSIM Server has SNMP Access via the Allowed Hosts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there are changes here, you may need to rerun the Identification task.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All eligible Servers available should then be listed under the License Screen. &lt;BR /&gt;Providing you have entered the PMP License keys you should be able to license them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once done you go to the PMP Configuration screen to start monitoring. You can select any of the options, I usually just select Monitor unless I specifically want to log data.</description>
