    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Few ?s,&lt;BR /&gt;1) I have installed SIM 5. Under all systems, system type and product name are unknown or blank for some of the devices .  What is missing. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) Where can I get agents for blads?</description>
