topic Events being written? in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

Is there a way to enable events to be written when hardware is in a critical, major, or, minor status? It appears that when the hardware status is degraded or there is a problem nothing is being placed in the events so Automatic Event Handling never sees any issues and does not send any notifications. Thanks!

So I take it as no one has responded there is no way to either make an event be written when hardware status is critical and / or to verify or set this up if it is supposed to be part of Insight already.? Whoever can get this one laid out will definately be owed big time! Thanks!
