https://community.hpe.com/t5/server-management-systems/insight-agents-and-nnm/m-p/3765708#M19525 Not sure this is the right forum for this...<BR /><BR />I am familiar with the SNMP issues a dn the "system unknown" problem with the Systems Management Homepage. <BR /><BR />Normally if SNMP is not restricted and the Agents are up to date it will work fine.<BR /><BR />We have one server on which this doesn't work and it is running NNM 7.5.<BR /><BR />Since NNM does alot with SNMP and has the EMANATE SNMP service, I am wondering if NNM is somehow intefering with the SNMP communication between the Insight Agents (7.40) and the hardware.<BR /><BR />I did a search and I found a post with someone havhing this problem with version 7.20 and NNM 7.5, but nothing about 7.40. <BR /><BR />Any insight would be appreciated.
