      <title>Version Control Repository - Problem</title>

      <description>Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have configured Version Control Repository to perform an automatic update every 4 weeks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I look at the VCRM Log, it comes with an error.&lt;BR /&gt;For error message, please look at the attachment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please help ??</description>

      <description>Well, I just checked and the catalog.xml it is looking for is currently out there. Perhaps it was not available or being updated when your VCRM tried to update? If you go to the VCRM "catalog" tab there is an option on the left called "update from hp.com now" - have you tried to see if it is successful when you try that option? Do you have any proxy restrictions that need to be configured? If you have a firewall setup it may not get past that . . . you may get a different error though - I am not sure.       <description>Well, according to the error message you posted the link is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/servers/software/WindowsIntegrity/catalog.xml" target="_blank"&gt;ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/servers/software/WindowsIntegrity/catalog.xml&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You might try seeing if you can access it with a web browser to check your connection to the ftp site.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Rich</description>
