I am in the process of setting up a DR HPSIM server. We use the Location and Contact fields for setting up email alerts and creating collections. We edit these within the HPSIM application, not on the SNMP settings of the monitored servers.
My question is; where is the info for these fields stored? I have been unable to locate these fields in the HPSIM DB.

Hi Bill,

The information you are looking for appears to be in the DB_DeviceInfo table in SIM. Columns "Location" and "Contact"

Nelson

It would be best to populate the actual agent fields. You can do it on 1 of the agents and then use 'Replicate Agent Settings...' to get it to the others automatically...

I agree, but that was not possible due to security restrictions within our company.
