    <description>Greetings. Yes IM7 can in reality go anywhere on your network independent on domains etc.  As long as certain UDP Ports are not being blocked like (in a firewall etc) and you snmp community settings are correct it should be good for you to use.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only item that may affect IM7 is when you try to "add" domain level accounts for IM7 access and use and the domain in question is not trusted or 1 way trusted, that domain account not be able to be used to authenticate and logon to IM7.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We use Domain level accounts without issues as well as monitoring servers across about 10-15 domains and regions throuoghout the world (India, Japan, China, Europe) from California without issue.</description>

      <description>I am setting up second W2K domain in my network. Can my CIM7 server in the first domain discovery servers in the new domain? Are there any special steps or settings involved?</description>
