You have Anonymous Access enabled on the System Management Homepage for the system that has the Version Control Repository Manager. If you turn off Anonymous Access for the System Management Homepage in its security settings then this issue should go away. The problem is that the VCA is connecting as Anonymous instead of using the configured credentials.

-Rich

This option is already disabled from the SMH of VCRM. Only the VCA on the same machine working. Every VCA on other machine not working with the Install button.

Well - I have talked with numerous people about this issue:

http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=969408

Everyone that I have talked to had AA enabled and the problem was fixed when they disabled it. I would suggest you open a case with support and see if they can help you resolve it.

Good Luck,
-Rich

Before you try that you may try restarting the VCA on one of the systems that is having the problem and then possibly clearing the cache for your browser. I would try that to see if the behavior changes at all, if you have the latest VCRM installed it is difficult to say why you would still see this issue.

-Rich
