    <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;The file hasn't corrupted.&lt;BR /&gt;Try this workaround in your shell environment and rerun the bin file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;export _POSIX2_VERSION=199209&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It works fine in my case.</description>

      <title>SIM 5 installation on linux fails</title>

      <description>This can't be a corrupt file, I've downloaded onto 2 different (Fedora5) systems and got the same error. The MD5 checksum is correct as shown below. The file has execute permissions. Anyone got any ideas? Output is pasted below....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[root@tb-insight ~]# md5sum HPSIM-Linux-C.05.00.01.00.bin&lt;BR /&gt;0ba178a22de816ee2189341eed928b7a  HPSIM-Linux-C.05.00.01.00.bin&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[root@tb-insight ~]# ./HPSIM-Linux-C.05.00.01.00.bin&lt;BR /&gt;Verifying archive integrity...tail: cannot open `+6' for reading: No such file or directory&lt;BR /&gt;Error in check sums 377706363 992150158</description>
