    <description>HPSIM just uses domain credentials. They need to ensuer they've included the domain name in the login box.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What exactly is the error you're getting?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the address they're browsing to?</description>

      <description>I setup insight manager on DL380 running running windows 2003. I gave them the username and password. It worked before. Now, they can't logon IM any more. I try the same username and password I gave to them, but can't make it work. Any suggestions how we recover the password?</description>

      <description>Hi Rob,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Appreciate the help. After they moved the server, they forgot to change the DNS point to the correct DNS server. After they re-set DNS, they can logon now. Thank you.</description>
