    <description>Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Which HPSIM version are you using?&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a new VPM installation or upgrade?&lt;BR /&gt;What operating system is being used?&lt;BR /&gt;Have the VPM been installed successfully? &lt;BR /&gt;When exactly the issue occurs?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you turned on any firewall settings?&lt;BR /&gt;Was the name of the system changed after the IIS installation?&lt;BR /&gt;Could you list the softwares installed on the system (Antivirus, Antispyware)?&lt;BR /&gt;I was wondering if you can you provide the Event of error displayed by Event Viewer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Meanwhile, please try the following:&lt;BR /&gt;Execute the following command at the command prompt to verify file registration:&lt;BR /&gt;dir %SystemRoot%\system32\msxml3.dll&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the file is not registered, execute the following command at the command prompt to force the registration:&lt;BR /&gt;regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\msxml3.dll&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know the result.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
