<title>topic VM Backup Repository Location in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager</title>
    <link>https://community.hpe.com/t5/server-management-systems/vm-backup-repository-location/m-p/3799265#M20663</link>
<description>I have a MS Virtual Server 2005 host, and from SIM5.0 I want to make Virtual Machine backups of its virtual guests. The virtualization management software only allows me to select locally attached disks for the VM Backup Repository Location. I prefer to write to a mapped network drive instead. Can this be done in some way and how?</description>
