I found the problem, it was the selftest of riloe II board (SMH¦Management Processor¦Remote Insight¦Self Test Results¦NVRAM Write/Read/Verify). This one was red... after reseting the riloe, it was green again. But the question is still why is the server yellow in the sim and green on the smh, shuldnt it show the problem on the smh?

Are there any entries in the Integrated Management Log? Entries that have not been marked as Repaired will cause this, even though the main system status is showing Green.

If software status is yellow, there may be an updated firmware/PSP component that is showing out of date or has a newer version available.

Hope this helps,
Neal

Gerber,
You should see it turn green after the next hardware polling cycle. If not, there may still be something in the IML that has not been cleared or marked as repaired.

again, have you looked at your SNMP settings? SIM needs one Community String that requires Read / Create.

I had the exact same issue on 300 servers (http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1047509).
