I do not wish to give this group full access but would like them to be able to clear events and make comments whenever there is an alert and action have been taken. (HPSIM is configured to send them an email whenever there is a Critical or Major event alert.)<BR />How do I set up a tool box that will provide them with this access, which command from the available ones should be included in the toolbox. Remember I do not want them to have the All Tools option.<BR />My CMS is a WIN 2000 server and the managed servers are all Netware 5.1.<BR />thanks.<BR />FItzroy.
