I went on and configured the Support Packs in the Repository and then run the Support Pack on the SIM management server Now I can not login. I used the server certificate from the management server to be deployed with the support pack so I would not lose the trust.<BR /><BR />Now when I run the command:<BR />"mxpassword -r -x MxDBUserPassword" <BR />This is the results:<BR />D:\&gt;mxpassword -r -x MxDBUserPassword<BR />Database initialization failed for URL: jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://dwdmaddbp107:1433/<BR />Insight_v50_0_13413843;domain=DWD;instance= Ex: java.sql.SQLException: Login fai<BR />led for user '(null)'.
