    <description>I installed SIM 5 sp4 and had my users configured and all was working.  I went on and configured the Support Packs in the Repository and then run the Support Pack on the SIM management server Now I can not login.  I used the server certificate from the management server to be deployed with the support pack so I would not lose the trust.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now when I run the command:&lt;BR /&gt;"mxpassword -r -x MxDBUserPassword"  &lt;BR /&gt;This is the results:&lt;BR /&gt;D:\&amp;gt;mxpassword -r -x MxDBUserPassword&lt;BR /&gt;Database initialization failed for URL: jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://dwdmaddbp107:1433/&lt;BR /&gt;Insight_v50_0_13413843;domain=DWD;instance= Ex: java.sql.SQLException: Login fai&lt;BR /&gt;led for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connecti&lt;BR /&gt;on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I reestablish the trust?</description>
