    <description>hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to create a custom command to do this. Select Tools/Custom Commands/New Custom Command. The New Custom Command page appears.CLick on the question mark on the right hand side to see the details on how to achieve this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have created the custom command,you will create a new task to react to your criterias to launch the custom command.&lt;BR /&gt;Select Options/Events/Automatic Event Handling/New Task. Again click on the question mark to see the details.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;fred&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
