topic Task ID? in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I'm running SIM 5.0 SP5, just upgraded, but my issue happened with SP4 also.<BR />When I try to schedule a task to install software and firmware, under the task results it shows "Executed as" and shows an ID that is not mine. Where does insight pull this ID from? It's causing problems.

The user that HP SIM runs as, which is specified in Services. That is the context for all tasks unless the Tool Definition uses the "run as" descriptor to make it run with other credentials.

Thanks for the reply. That is kind of where it gets weird. The service that SIM is running under is a different account. The account that it's referencing is not an account we used for anything. It's strange.

What are the specific accounts? Has the administrator account been renamed?
