      <title>VPM 2.0.1</title>

      <description>I have just installed the new VPM 2.0.1 update.  Everything seemed to install ok but after deploying the VPM agent to a few systems I am getting these events: event ID 1000 Faulting application radsched.exe, version 4.2.0.0, faulting module vars.dll, version 4.2.0.0, fault address 0x000186bc. and Event ID 4097 The application, C:\Program Files\Novadigm\radsched.exe, generated an application error&lt;BR /&gt;The error occurred on 06/28/2006 @ 09:30:41.031&lt;BR /&gt;The exception generated was c0000005 at address 100186BC (vars!v_get_localstring_D)</description>

      <description>Operating system:  Windows 2003  &lt;BR /&gt;     Version:  Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP4 - Windows  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build version:  C.05.00.01.01  &lt;BR /&gt;     Build date:  2006-02-01 12:06  &lt;BR /&gt;This is an upgrade from the flawed VPM 2.0.&lt;BR /&gt;VPM is installed on the SIM server.&lt;BR /&gt;I have attatched the log.  This is from one box but it is occuring on all systems that have been updated with the new agent.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi shorton.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to request more information about it. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the OS, Language and SP on the target clients and VPM server?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please attach the radsched.log in the c:\program files\novadigm\log\ directory.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you provide the user dmp of  radsched.exe application created using the Microsoft UserDmp utility when the problem occurs?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
