    <description>You can configure the IP Ranges it uses.&lt;BR /&gt;If you've not separated the IP Ranges for desktopns and servers you should consider doing this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the suggestion above you would need to ensure the Enable Filters is checked and then select the items you want to be allowed through.</description>

      <title>Only want to monitor servers</title>

      <description>When doing a discovery over the network it is finding everything while we only want servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Because it is picking up desktops, i get alerts everytime someone turns it on and off.</description>

      <description>You can limit your discovery to servers by deselecting unwanted ones from&lt;BR /&gt;OPTIONS-&amp;gt;Discovery and then click on Configure General Settings link. Scroll down and you should be able to make your choice.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for the reply.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried that but it's still finding everything like Hubs, Switches, Desktops etc.</description>
