Does anyone know how to change the thresholds on reporting system unreachable. We would like to change this as 9 times out of 10 when we recieve an alert about the a system being down, it is back up by the time we check it out.

Cheers
Alan

Try editing the hardware status task (default runs every 10 minutes) or create a new task for the group of servers you're monitoring.

This (and other scheduled tasks) are accessed using the 'Tasks and Logs' pulldown at the top of the SIM screen, then select 'view all scheduled tasks', and 'edit' if required.
