Fernando,
Assuming your efforts are to deploy an Ent Solution with 45+ fabric members (SAN, Filers, NAS, Hosts and switches), I'd suggest a DL580 G2 or G3. Dual Xeon 2.8 GHz, 4-8GB RAM, dual FC HBA, 1+ GbE, R0+1 OS, R0+1 D:\ and a SAN provisioned Disk for your Ora9i DB. If your cfg is less than the minimum is 1-1.5GHz CPU, 2G RAM, 2-HDD 18G each, 1-FC HBA, 1-10/100/1G NIC (DL360).
The lesser will work fine (slower but fine). Scalability will be limited dramatically.
Fernando, there is an HP SIM sizer available from http://www.hp.com/go/hpsim --> Technical Support that will allow you to enter your environment's size and get recommended configurations. Storage Essentials isn't specifically a part of that sizing, but recommends a minimum of 2 processors and 2GB of memory. There are numerous SE add-on products, so take that into account, too.

Take the sizer output and double it to incorporate SE.
