HPSIM 4.1 Version Control Repository Problems

Loks like my repository is no longer working, when I load the VCRM agent and go to the Catalo tab, nothing shows, but all the custom software baslines are still available on the home page.

Also not one of my server (200+) are showing their software version status correctly, they are now either ! or ?, I guess this is because the repository is no longer workign ok.

Can anyone help, where on the local drive is the catalog held? Or can anyone off any additional help?

Hi,

YOu could try to restart VCRM services. Default location should be C:\Repository

Albert, thanks but done all the usual, restart services/restart server, but nothing shows in the catalog tab.

Have you tried to rebuild your catalog?

Can you get to the SHP of your VCRM server? Try going to https://servername:2381. If you can not get there then that is your problem. I ran into the same problem once and a reboot resolved it. Good Luck!
