Multiple Entries in Reports

Hi All,
If I run a report selecting All Servers and just select Inventory there's a couple of Servers that show up 8 times. One is the HPSIM Server.

On the display, the two Servers showing multiple entries have 4 entries with the Status ticked Green and 4 entries blank in the System Status Column.
I can reduce the Inventory to just the device name and I still get the 8 entries.
If I Select Operating System Info I get two entries for these two Servers.

Almost like some of the Reports Tables are not being cleared out. Is this a known issue, any ideas?

If I do an Inventory Report from IM 7 it looks fine.

Is this possibly a manifestation of the duplicate information sucked in through SNMP and WBEM that has been noted before (which is on the 4.1 fix list, btw)...

Is this a rhetorical question or are you thinking I might possibly be able to answer it? If the latter your faith in me is touching but sadly misguided 8-)

I'm not aware of the duplicate information issue.
Seems plausible, but why it then echoes as 8 entries in the Inventory Section is interesting although that it 2 x 4.

Is there any ETA on 4.1 of hpSIM?

Or is there a link to the fixed list of issues from 4.0 to 4.1?
