    <description>Yes, you can change the sensitivity, either globally or specifically for a server.&lt;BR /&gt;For the latter, click on the server name and select the System Protocol settings, change from using the Global ones and set your own.</description>

      <title>Email Notification question</title>

      <description>First, sorry if this is a repost, I tried to search and didn't see anything.  I have HP SIM 5.0 with SP4 and have some email alerts setup, several times a day I get a critical event notification of &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"The current system is no longer reachable from the central management server, hardware status polling has marked this system as not responding"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But if I go try to ping the device or if I try to RDC into it it's fine. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;First, does this just mean that there was a drop or a slow ping response back to SIM and is there some way to set the SIM sensitivity where it will not immediately fire off an email until we know that the said system is in fact unreachable for maybe 1 minute or something?  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance for your help!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jason Kunze&lt;BR /&gt;Sioux Falls, SD&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
