    <description>We have two servers that are down.  They do not show as critical in the All Servers view, even though you can't open the homepage from there.  However, if you go to the All Systems view, they do show critical.  This only began this morning.  Any thoughts?  I am running SIMS 5, SP4.</description>

      <description>You should try Hardware Status Polling with a schedule(once a day(night)or once a week)...do you still have this problem?</description>
