topic Network Fault Tolerant Team Redundany lost in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I'm having an issue with a DL360 G4 that I just reformatted. Everytime I reboot, the System Management Homepage shows an error that the HP Network Fault Tolerant Team has a status of Redundancy Lost but both network cards are up and the team is functioning properly. Also, if I unplug the network cable and plug it back in, Windows 2003 will keep saying that the network cable is unplugged until I disable the card and re-enable it. The HP network configuration utility will show the card as up though.

Has anyone seen this before? The server has all of the Windows 2003 patches and is running Support Pack 7.51A.

Thanks.
