Hi NyxMan:

Have you configured your repository manager with your proxy info, that is the IP address of your proxy server and port?

In case you haven't then:

1. Please go to the SMH page of your VCRM server
2. Click on HP Version Control Repository Manage
3. Click Configure the Repository and Automatic update Settings
4. Click Next
5. Enable Automatic Updates, configure your download schedule as well as the the proxy info and click finish.

I hope this helps.
I also had this error for some time. Maybe since the last upgrade of VCRM?

Ftp was allowed through our firewall from the server, but nevertheless the error didn't disappear until I configured a proxy server in VCRM.

Ole Thomsen
