We installed IM7 agents on a Proliant server. The problem is that we can't access https://127.0.0.1:2381/WEBAGENT/INDEX.TPL and need to know if IM7 is working right. How can I see agents are working right.

First of all, "can't access" doesn't provide a lot of clues about what you're seeing. Is there an error message? Are you trying to access from that server itself?

You shouldn't try to go directly to a subpage link. Let the agent do the redirection to the right place after login. If you are sitting at the system, that would mean https://localhost:2301 or https://127.0.0.1:2381

One thing to check is if you are using a proxy server, you need to add localhost to the exception list in the browser.

Lastly, check to make sure all of the services are running.

I reconfigured proxy to don't use it at local address (127.0.0.1;localhost). However, when we want to access IM7 Agents web page is to slow.

Very Slow could be as a result of Proxy misdirection.
From the Server you have the issue, if you have IE, check the Bypass Proxy for local addresses is checked and change the 127.0.0.1 above to localhost or just the Server name.
I'm not sure how clever IE is about knowing that 127.0.0.1 is the local Server.
