The server is a dedicated Cognos server and it's the web front end to Cognos that has now ceased to work and the version of the PSP is 7.51A.

Hi,

I was wondering whether it is possible to uninstall the proliant support pack that I recently rolled out to a server. Something on here has ceased to work since. I'm pretty sure it would have nothing to do with this support pack but I just want to rule it out. This is a new installation of the pack, not an upgrade to an existing one.

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul,

Could you be specific as to what is it that has ceased to work, so that we could check what could be causing the problem instead of reverting back the PSP?

What is the version of the PSP that was installed?

Regards,
rmn

Hello Paul,

You have to uninstall the components individually.
Check the readme file for a list of installed components.

SRH
Sorry, should have been more specific...

Please see the attached. The initial page works, but when it re-directs to fire up the executables, this page is displayed. All the permissions are intact and allow access and we have ruled it out being an ISS issue.
