    <description>&lt;!--!*#--&gt;Weve recently replaced CIM 5.5 with the latest version of SIM (5 if i recall), however we are having problems getting the service entitled "HP Systems Insight Manager Service" to start.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ive looked in the documentation and in other areas of the support site and cannot find anything that relates to our problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help? Thanks</description>

      <description>Its ok, we managed to solve the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Basically it was a completely fresh installation of SIM, CIM has been completely disabled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We restarted the system and the service started properly. Thank you for the quick response.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are now able to use SIM now and server status is being reported properly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have another problem now though.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The new problem is some of our agents on our servers are out of date.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is it possible to do a straight agent update, and how would this be done?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks a lot for the quick reply btw.</description>

      <description>Yeah those links helped greatly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again for that, ive managed to get hold of the new proliant support packs for the servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The original problems has returned though.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Basically we have a completely fresh installation of SIM installed, and this was working properly yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We restarted the machine that it was working on yesterday, and the "HP Systems Insight Manager" service would no longer start.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We then had to re-install SIM over the top of this in order for it to work, however it would no longer work after a restart.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dont suppose you have any more suggestions? You have been very helpful so far. Thank you.</description>
