    <description>Get the software up to date?&lt;BR /&gt;You should only get them when the agents restart or when it first discovers the discrepancy.&lt;BR /&gt;You could possibly look through the SNMP Trap Settings and find the trap and change its severity.</description>

      <description>Go to Options, Events, SNMP Trapp Settings. Select the CPQHOST.mib for the MIB name and cpqHoCriticalSoftwareUpdate Trap for the trap name. Change the settings for it there. Click OK</description>

      <description>Hi David,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In Sims, go to Options, Events, SNMP Trap Settings.  At the MIB name drop down box, select cpqhost.mib.  At the Trap Name drop down box, select cpqHOCriticalSoftwareUpdateTrap.  Then at the Enable Trap Handling drop down box, select No and then click OK</description>
