    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to know if someone already .If the Firewall service of Officescan client (Trend product) is started I have the SW status in SIM in blue with "VGA Agent Not Configured" but it is. So I need to disable the service stop it ; delete the server in SIM and add it again with a discovery and miracle it works fine after.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did someone have an idee or an other solution than disable the Firewall or destroy the service ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help.</description>

      <description>If you want both to work at the same time you will need to configure the firewall to allow traffic through ports 2301 and 2381. You might try that and see if it helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Rich</description>
