topic SIM 5.0 SP5 and VMware Virtual Center Problem in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I am trying to link Virtual Center to SIM by going to Options|Virtualization Management|Security|Virtual Center Settings. The credentials I have to use to set it up have a dash in them (domain\am-username). It appears SIM doesn't like the dash because the 'Run Now' button grays out. Any suggestions?

SIM says you must use the credentials that were used when Virtual Center was installed so based on that the credentials cannot be changed.
