      <description>What is the server that you are trying to monitor. Have a look at the support matrix to get to know if your server model is supported.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, try clicking on the "Update server list" in the PMP configuration screen and see if the list gets updated.</description>

      <description>Have you verified that server &amp;amp; its OS with the Support Matrix ? If both are there, you can try to rediscover that server after deleting that from HPSIM main page OR try to do H/W &amp;amp; S/W status polling before trying to license &amp;amp; monitor that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>
