Please check if you have the green tick against the VM Host in the VM column in the SIM All Systems Page.<BR /><BR />Also verify if the Role Based Security is configured in such a way that the user can access the Host from SIM.<BR />Log out and log in to HP Sim.<BR /><BR />Hope that helps.
