topic Management Processor: HWStatus: Minor for no reason in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

We just purchased a new DL360G5 with Windows 2003 SP1 and the hardware status for the Management Processor is monor (yellow) in HPSIM.

We are running Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP4 and HP Management agents version 7.51A.

When I check the status on both the ilo2 card and the system management home page, everything has a green check mark.

Anyone have any ideas on how to clear this yellow flag in HPSIM? I have tried deleting and re-discovering the server in HPSIM, clearing all threshholds on the management agents, reinstalling the management agents - to no avail.

Help!

Oh yeah...I also cleared the following logs while trying to fix the issue:

Integrated Management Log
HP Version Control Agent Log
Integrated Lights-Out 2 Log

I also, logged on to the server, opened the HP Management Agents control panel applet, went to the SNMP Settings Tab, clicked the Clear All Threshholds button, then restarted the agents.

I also, loged into the ilo2 card and on the system status tab selected Diagnostics and clicked the Reset button. This restarted the ilo2 card.

Unfortunatly none of these change the status of the MP.
