    <description>'mxagentconfig' doesn't add a managed node to the hpSIM server, it distributes an SSH key to that server so hpSIM can execute commands remotely.  That's the function used by the distributed task facility.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.  The managed node has SSH installed and running&lt;BR /&gt;2.  You can connect manually to that device using SSH and logging in&lt;BR /&gt;3.  'root' is a valid login name on that remote device (along with its password).  If that device is a Windows system and you have installed OpenSSH, use 'administrator' instead of 'root'&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, when I try to add a managed node to the HPSIM server, I got this error when I run this:&lt;BR /&gt;mxagentconfig -a -n &lt;MANAGED_NODE&gt; -u root -p &lt;PASSWORD&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"Configuration failed to complete due to an exception"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some help?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PASSWORD&gt;&lt;/MANAGED_NODE&gt;</description>

      <description>Ok, I know that, I put wrongly the info.&lt;BR /&gt;The servers is on HPux, and the client to, I can add 7 nodes, but with one in particulary I can't, with the ssh I can connect with the two nodes.</description>
