version control agent SMH errors

Ive just upgraded VCA to version 7.51.0.0 and 2.1.4.750
server Altiris BL35P sp1 v 2.0
Two things wrong here, i can no longer access the System Management Homepage, and vcagent.exe will not start
any ideas??

Maybe something to do with the VCA timeout error!!!!!!!

I have checked all SMTP settings and they are correct, repository is fine too.
I did not mention before an error message that appeared on boot up, as ive just done another server, error message is
DEP(data execution prevention) has stopped the following service : SNMP Service, i have configured DEP not to affect homepage service and SNMP service, rebooted the server but still VCAgent wont start and homepage is "page cant be diplayed"
Im only getting this problem with these blade servers.
please help!

Did you refer to this document. If no, check the resolution options given in this document which might help.
