    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Looks like a SNMP issue. If you choose a server in SIM console and look under "IDENTITY TAB" for the server and Under "Product Description -&amp;gt; Management Protocols" do you see SNMP as a registered protocol (see attachment.)&lt;BR /&gt;If not then that is the reason.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Albert</description>

      <description>If you do a report on the servers, what does that list the OS as.&lt;BR /&gt;Are the servers correctly identified in HPSIM, i.e. you've not manually set them.&lt;BR /&gt;You might also want to provide versions of the agents and hpsim itself.</description>

      <description>Os = nothing, they are all blank for all the servers i am having issues with?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;as for discovery, i have it setup to do an ip range scan.</description>
