System Management Homepage Installation Errors

I have a ProLiant DL380 running Windows 2000 Server SP4. I am having problems installing the System Management Homepage version 2.1.6.156. I was able to install version 7.6 Management Agents with no problems. Below are the error I get when attempting to run the installation procedure.

Did you select all the packages from PSP and install or was it a custom install?

I installed the Management Agents and System Management Homepage separately.

Do you want to try SMH first and then the agents incase you have'nt tried this?

Yes, I already tried that. By the way, this is an upgrade from the 7.5.1 agents.
