japanese in Version Control on English server.

Hi !

I get Japanese in VC after my ILO cards, this looks the same on all servers.

This is not normal or is it ?
what can be done to fix issue ( attached picture) ?

I've seen this too, unsure of whether HP made some mistake or if it's just a typo.

Anyway the situation comes from the fact that there are two different EXE-files for ILO firmware version 1.84

The older one, CP006487.exe contains ILO 1.84 and the newer one CP006581.exe contains "1.84 japanese".

I've installed the so-called japanese version on a test server the ILO functions are still in english. If you're unsure, it may be better to stick with the older exe-file until they release the next version.

This seems to be an old problem reoccuring...
I solved this once by deleting
the Japanese version from the repository
(using HP Version Control Repository Manager) and rebuilding the respository.

I've removed the Japanese files and rebuilt the repository but the Japanese version comes back again after an HP repository download. How can I make the fix permanent?

I have removed the Japanese versions of PSP that came with the installtion, if you have japanese baselines , remove them .

It should hopfully not be downloaded again.

Thanks Peter, I removed the Japanese PSP's as well and the HP repository pull didn't bring it back again.
