VPM Error 1720

I installed HP Insight Manager SP5, loaded the Performance Manager with zero problems. When I go to load VPM 2.01, I get a 1720 error.

I've uninstalled IIS and made sure the MSDTC was running fine but I still get the same error.

Any ideas on why I'm getting these errors?

Hello,
First of all, we already have a new version 2.0.2 available for download. Please, test with it.
If the problem persists, please use the attached procedure. It is a little harsh to follow (sorry for that), but solve it in similar cases.
Thanks,
Leandro

Hello,

Have you either executed the resolution described on the attachment or upgraded to VPM 2.02 version?

Thanks,
Lucas

I did the following:

1. Uninstalled Symantec Anti-Virus and IIS.
2. Rebooted server
3. MSDTC failed again, so I ran the resetlog - MSDTC command, then ran a net start MSDTC, MSDTC is working fine
4. Installed IIS, rebooted server 5. Installed VPM 2.02, failed again. I'm getting a 1720 error.

5. Tried installing VPM 2.01, still getting same error.
