SIM 5.0 Installation

When trying to install SIM 5 I get the attach screen. I don't know the password for username undefined.

This would generally be the account and password you're using for the installation itself.
It will need these credentials to access the new database.

Only field that is available is the password. Everythng else is grayed out.

Hello,
if it is an upgrade, try to uninstall all SIM components and delete any remainder folder and files and try again.
If it is a fresh install, there may be problems with credentials when trying to log to the SQL server. SIM needs Windows authentication. If the SQL server is residing on a different machine and it is not in the same domain, you've to create a local user with the same password on the both platforms.

I was able to install SIM 5 following your instructions. I configured and discovered the 3 enclosures and servers.

What are the steps required to get RDP 3.0 to see these new blades?
