      <title>SIM 5.0 Installation</title>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;if it is an upgrade, try to uninstall all SIM components and delete any remainder folder and files and try again.&lt;BR /&gt;If it is a fresh install, there may be problems with credentials when trying to log to the SQL server. SIM needs Windows authentication. If the SQL server is residing on a different machine and it is not in the same domain, you've to create a local user with the same password on the both platforms.&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this helps,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ondra</description>
