Cannot push software from SIM

Whenever I try and deploy software from my CMS server, I get the following message;
"No systems detected with the Version Control Repository Manager. Install the VCRM on a system, then run Identification on that system and try again." which is wrong since my VCRM is installed correctly on the same SIM server.
Has anyone seen this before?

Yes, i just went through this the last (2) weeks... I had to setup VCRM on a different server, and then repointed all vca's to that. It was a pia for me, but it did work.

As it turns out, today the software push went fine. In any event, I am just testing the SIM and haven't moved the VCRM at any time.
